O R D E R

Mr.B.Ramanathan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the grievances and the claim of the Writ Petitioner have already been decided by the fourth respondent, vide order, dated 06.01.2025. Thus, the present Writ Petition has now become infructuous and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he may file a fresh application before the competent authority. The copy of the rejection order has been given to the learned Counsel for the petitioner and also to this Court, which is taken on record.

2.Mr.S.Louis, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order, dated 06.01.2025 before the competent Court of law. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has no objection for the same.

3.Accordingly, in view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the parties, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. No costs.
