ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(C), 4(1)(A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2024 in Crime No.781 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the nature of allegation in this case that the petitioner is said to have been illegal possession of 15 bottles of liquor (each contains 180 ml) and considering the fact that the petitioner has got 29 previous cases of similar in nature, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail petition, dismissed.
