ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the third respondent herein on 04.08.2023, wherein the pay scale of the petitioner got reduced even after granting of special grade.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of the Court that a revised order has been passed by the third respondent herein on 17.10.2023 rectifying the said anomaly. In view of the fact that the petitioner's request has been considered by the third respondent herein, no further adjudication is called for in the present writ petition. In case if any pay anomaly is discovered on a later point of time, it is open to the writ petitioner to challenge the same in a manner known to law. 2/4

3. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
