Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Panchayat meeting notice (agenda) dated 07.11.2022 issued by the 5th respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the 1st and 4th respondents to seized the Kalugarkadai Village Panchayt Administration, Thiruppuvanam Union, Sivagangai District till the bye-election conduct by the Local body Election Commission, Tamiladu in the post of the president in Kalugarkadai Village Panchayat, Thiruppuvanam Union, Sivagangai District.

The present writ petition had been filed by a Ward Member challenging the meeting agenda proposed by the fifth respondent who is the Vice-President of the Village Panchayat.

3.Considering the fact that the meeting has already been conducted, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
