ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to This Civil Revision Petition is filed to call for the records relating with the fair order and ex-order dated 06.07.2007 made in I.A.No.403 of 2004 in O.S.No.426 of 2004, on the file of the District Munsif, Uthamapalayam and set aside the same.

2. In continuance of the order passed by this Court dated 16.12.2024, the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent on or before 08.01.2025. On such payment the trial Court was directed to restore the I.A.No.403 of 2004, after affording liberty to the petitioner.

3. Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. It is stated today, that the amount was paid and the order of this Court was complied by the revision petitioner. 2/4

4. In view of the compliance, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
