ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate Police Protection to the Petitioner and his family members' life and limb based upon the Petitioner's representation dated 20.9.2023

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.131 of 2023. In the above said complaint, it has been stated that on 28.08.2023 the main door of the petitioner's house was locked by the private respondents and they made criminal intimidation to the petitioner over phone. But, so far as the police protection is concerned, no such representation has been made by the petitioner in the above said compliant.

3. Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent Police and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. Let the above said enquiry be completed within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said directions and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
