ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and executable order dated 08.12.2015 passed in I.A.No.200 of 2014 in O.S.No.35 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per order of this Court, both the petitioner and the respondents settled their claim before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai on 29.10.2018 and both the parties and their counsel have also signed in the said settlement agreement. for the petitioner has also filed a memo to that effect. 3.In view of the settlement arrived between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench dated 29.10.2018 and in view of the memo filed by the petitioner dated 25.04.2019, the present Civil Revision Petition is closed. The settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
