ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the detenue namely Kadambavanam S/o Pitchai aged about 43 years and produce him before this Court and set him at liberty.

2.A complaint has been given by the petitioner, who is the wife of missing man. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The official from the second respondent present and produced CD file. Perusal of CD file shows that the whereabouts of the above said Kadambavanam could not be located and traced in spite of best efforts. Considering the fact, it is a man missing issue, let the second respondent conduct the investigation by taking appropriate and effective steps and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
