ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.303/2023 for the offence under section 147, 448, 294(b), 380 and 506(i) of Indian Penal Code, 1860 dated 14.07.2023 on the file of the respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The respondent Police is present before this Court and stated that due to non co-operation of the petitioner, the investigation could not be completed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner replied that no summon is issued to the petitioner.

5. Let the summon be issued to the petitioner. If the petitioner fail to appear and co-operate with the investigation, the above said First Information Report shall be closed. Let the above said investigation be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order by following proper procedure.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
