PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.36 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No. 36 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that this Court, by order, dated 17.11.2022, referred the matter to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court and in the Mediation, the parties have arrived at compromise and they have also entered into terms of settlement and hence, there is no apprehension of arrest. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in terms of compromise and the same shall be form part of this order.
