O RDER This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.08 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.08 of 2016, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within 2 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court.
4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
