2. These petitioners have filed separate affidavit undertaking to remove the encroachment by themselves in two months time. The same is recorded.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners have been in occupation of the property in question for quite some time, we deem it reasonable to grant time till 15th December 2024 to remove the encroachment by themselves. If the encroachment is not removed by 15.12.2024, the Corporation will be at liberty to remove the encroachment 2/4

without any further notice.
