COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order made in I.A.Nos.976 and 977 of 2016 in O.S.No.217 of 2006 by the District Munsif Court, Palani dated 22.12.2016.

In both petitions For Petitioners : Mr.M.P.Senthil For Respondents : Mr.S.Karthick (for R2) Mr.M.Sarangan (for R4) Additional Government Pleader ***** COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned District Munsif, Palani, in I.A.Nos.976 and 977 of 2016 in O.S.No.217 of 2006, dated 22.12.2016.

2.Today(14.11.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Registry has submitted the case details that O.S.No.217 of 2006 has been dismissed on 20.10.2021 itself.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners claim that he is not in a position to get instructions. Hence, based on the available materials, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition. 2/4

4.Considering the fact that the main suit itself has been dismissed during 2021 itself, nothing survives in these Civil Revision Petitions and accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to restore the Civil Revision Petitions, if the suit is restored.
