This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.25 of 2017 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the matter has been compromised between the parties. He would further submit that the first accused married the defacto complainant/second respondent and they are lliving together. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the case has been posted for framing of charges on 30.12.2019 before the trial Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17791 of 2019 4.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would seek that a direction may be issued to the trial Court to complete the trial as early as possible. 5.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the counsel, this criminal Original petition is dismissed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, is directed to complete the trial in P.R.C.No.25 of 2017 within a period of Four Months, from 30.12.2019. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
