Pattukotai in respect of the FIR in Crime No.2/2021 dated 01.01.2021 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent would submit that it is a case and counter case. He seeks three months time to lay the final report before the Court concerned.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent to expedite the investigation and lay the final report before the Court concerned within the reasonable period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
