PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order 30.09.2013 passed in I.A. No. 11 of 2013 in HMOP No. 98 of 2012 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Thanjavur.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the HMOP NO. 98 of 2012 was already disposed by the Court below and hence, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition for adjudication.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
