ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the HMOP NO. 98 of 2012 was already disposed by the Court below and hence, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition for adjudication.
2. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
