Police Protection to the petitioner's life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2023, within the time frame stipulated by this Court. Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd Respondent herein to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner's life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2023, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the based on the complaint given by the petitioner FIR in Crime No.383 of 2023 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC. 3.However, let the above said representation be enquired and disposed of by the respondent police within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties 2/4
and also by ascertaining whether any life threat exists to the petitioner at the hands of the accused person. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the parties shall workout their remedies through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
