3. It is evident from the records that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.03.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the revision 2/4
petitioners submitted that they are not having any instructions and sought time for filing a memo for reporting no instructions and hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the revision petitioners in the cause list and posted the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 13.03.2024. Even today (13.03.2024), despite name printed in the cause list, the revision petitioners have not turned up. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
