PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for records in Crime No.48 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as illegal. O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.48 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353 and 506(2) IPC, on the file of the first respondent Police, insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that in the absence of any interim order, the respondent Police has conducted investigation in Crime No.48 of 2022 and on completion of investigation, the respondent Police has filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.1353 of 2022 before the concerned Court. He would further submit that the trial is conducted and posted for judgment on 25.03.2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
