ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier orders of this court dated.13.11.2019 and letter in D.No. 4565/2023 A dated 19,09.2023 forwarded by the Principal District Judge, Pudukottai and letter in D.No.627/2023 dated 13.09.2023 received from the District Munsif, Pudukottai , seeking further three months time to dispose the case, and this Court made the following order:

"As per the note placed by the Registry before this Court, it appears that the suit itself has been disposed of by the Trial Court on 31.10.2023 and as such no extension of time is required."
