PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to revoke the cancellation of the minibus permit of the petitioners on the route from Nataraj Theatre to Prasanna Colony in respect of vehicles bearing Registration No.TN 58 L 6493; from Subramaniapuram to Vellakal in respect of vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 59 N 0274 and further to direct the respondents to renew the fitness certificate of the vehicles with reference to the representations of the petitioners dated 19.09.2019 and 30.10.2019 to the 2nd respondent respectively. For Petitioners : Mr.S.Govindraman For Respondents : Mr.P.Kannithevan Additional Government Pleader in both writ petitions.
