ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.346 of 2014, on the file of first respondent police. 2.This is the second petition, filed by the petitioners to quash the FIR in Crime No.346 of 2014. The earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 31.10.2018 and subsequently, this petition was filed by the petitioners to quash the alleged FIR, on the same ground. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation and also filed the final report before the Special Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli and the same was taken on cognizance in C.C.No.1669 of 2022 and now posted for service of summons. 2/4

4.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.11.2022 Internet:Yes Index:Yes/No PNM To
