PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the Respondents Police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his partners' life and limp.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents Police to give adequate Police protection to the petitioner and his partners' life and limp.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that inspite of repeated calls to the petitioner to attend the enquiry, he has not responded to the above said calls.

3. Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent Police till the completion of the above said enquiry. Let the above said enquiry be completed immediately. During the course of enquiry, the respondent may issue summon to the private respondents to ascertain whether there 2/4

is any requirement or necessity for granting of Police protection.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
