ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. B.Rajesh Saravanan,, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. P.Rajagopalan, Advocate for the respondents 2 to 8th and 10 & 11, and None appeared either in person or by Advocate for the 9th Respondent, this Court made the following order:

This Court by order dated 08.09.2023 had directed the revision petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents on or 2/4

before 19.09.2023.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that the direction passed in order dated 08.09.2023 has been complied with and he has also submitted a cost memo dated 12.09.2023 to that effect.

3.Since the conditional order has been complied with, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed.
