********** When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the revision, the main suit itself was dismissed for default. The learned counsel would further submit that the respondent/Plaintiff had filed an application to restore the suit, however, the suit has not been restored to file and as on date, there is no suit pending before the trial Court.

2.In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is closed and in case, if the suit is restored to file, the Petitioner shall reopen the revision, if necessary and if so advised. No costs.
