Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai to expedite and complete the trial in S.C. No.72 of 2019 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai within the specified time as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming up for hearing on this day under the caption "For Extension of Time", and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court dated 25.11.2019, and the requisition letter submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai, in D.No.1427 of 2020, dated 29.07.2020, this Court made the following order: By order dated 25.11.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Sessions Case in S.C.No.72/2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.1427/2020, dated 29.07.2020, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further eight months time to comply with the order dated 25.11.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition. 3.Under such circumstances, this Court has viewed the matter seriously and also considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 25.11.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition.
