Side) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners and not to interfere in the civil dispute which is pending before the Principal District Judge, Theni in O.S.No.21 of 2017.
2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that pending the trial process before the learned Principal District Judge, Theni, in O.S.No.21 of 2017, frequent trouble arose between the parties over which several complaints have been given and several FIRs have been registered.
Except conducting enquiry over the complaints given by both sides, no interference is made by the respondents in the affairs of the parties.
3. In view of the facts, the learned Government Advocate is directed to advice the enquiry officer to close the complaint by advising the parties to work out remedy in the pending civil suit itself.
4. With this direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
