O R D E R

(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition for causing production of Sumithra,who according to him, is his wife. 2.Notice was ordered. The matter was referred to mediation. 3.The detenue had informed the mediator that she will reveal her decision only before us. Today, ie., 08.11.2024, the detenue appeared before us and clearly informed us that she wants to be only with her parents. The detenue is admittedly a major. We also counselled the parents of the girl. They have filed an affidavit before this Court. It is taken on record. The detenue had made her stand clear. No relief can be granted in this habeas corpus petition.
