ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent. 2.The only relief sought for in this writ petition is for disposal of the petition mentioned representation. The petitioners seek correction of an error which according to them had crept in during UDR. 3.The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent will put the second respondent and other interested persons, if any on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. All the contentions of the respective parties are left open.
