The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the respondents 6 to 9 by way of paper publication in any one of Tamil daily having circulation in Thanjavur, Pudukkottai and Chennai Edition.

2.Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. Records perused.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the respondents 6 to 9 by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Thanjavur, Pudukkottai and Chennai Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 27.04.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 17.04.2026.

4. Post the matter on 27.04.2026.
