PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decreeetal order dated 04.11.2016 made in I.A.Nos.422 and 423 of 2013 in O.S.No.192 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk. For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondent : Mr.R.Devaraj C O M M O N O R D E R When the matters came up for hearing on 09.03.2022, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that she has already handed over the bundle to the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to remove the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner and print the name of the revision petitioner.

2. Today, the name of the revision petitioner is printed in the cause list. However, when the matters are called, none appeared for the revision petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent is present. Therefore, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
