After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw this writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for filing a fresh writ petition with regard to the same issue after annexing a copy of the title deed qua writ petitioner with regard to the property which is subject matter of instant writ petition.
