PRAYER IN CRP(MD)No.463/2017: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code against the fair and decreetal order dated 16.11.2016 in I.A.No. 85 of 2016 in E.P.No.889/2004 in O.S.No.2953 of 1996 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Trichy.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VINOD SATHYA LAZAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KRISHNAMURTHI (PARTY IN PERSON) on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Petition is allowed.

2. The 9th respondent is permitted to represent through Power of Attorney. By order, dated, 09.03.2017, this Court has granted an order of interim stay, where it stated as follows:

"There shall be an order of Interim stay of proceedings in E.P.No.889 of 2004 in O.S.No.2953 of 1996, till the disposal of this Civil Revision Petition".

3. The Civil Revision Petitioner is represented by the Party-in-person. By Order, dated 07.12.2023, this Civil Revision Petition was dismissed and thereafter the same was restored file on 24.09.2024.
