ORDER

The petitioner herein was granted bail by the Court below. However, the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- was ordered. 2.The petitioner's counsel states that he is unable to deposit the said amount and hence, he is not able to come out on bail.

3.I find the said request to be reasonable.

4.The Court below has imposed the said condition taking note of the quantity of the sand stolen. It is 2 1⁄2 units. Therefore, I am inclined to interfere only to a limited extent. The petitioner will have to deposit the said amount within a period of three weeks, after coming out on bail.

5.The petitioner's counsel gives an undertaking that he will not apply for modification or extension of the same. 6.Therefore, this Court directs that the petitioner can be let out on bail without depositing the amount of Rs.25,000/-. But https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
