Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent University herein to consider and pass orders forthwith on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28/01/2019 to it along with the detailed calculation sheet and further direct the respondent University to hand over the Pension Sanction Order, Pension Book, Gratuity sanction order and the 7th pay commission pay and pension orders of the petitioner.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that the petitioner's representation has been considered through an order dated 19.11.2019 on its own merits and in accordance with law as directed by this Court in its earlier order dated 02.07.2019, such consideration of the petitioner's representation may not amount to a disobedience which could be termed as wilful.
