This criminal original petition had been filed seeking a direction to the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, PCR Court Cases, Tirunelveli district to consider the petitioner's bail application and dispose the same on the same day if the petitioner surrenders before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, PCR Court Cases, Tirunelveli District in Crime No.338 of 2022, on the ifle of the Respondent on the very same day.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioner is innocent and he had been falsely implicated for ulterior motives. However, he is ready to surrender before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, PCR Court Cases, Tirunelveli. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the victim was not injured and no previous case pending against the Petitioner. 4.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, PCR Court Cases, Tirunelveli, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the 2/5

date of uploading of this order in the website of this Court.
