ORDER
This petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience and non compliance of the order, passed by this Court, made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4200 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by the order dated 07.03.2023, in Crl.OP.(MD)No.4200 of 2023, this Court issued a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months and the same has not yet been complied with. Hence, this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation, the case was closed as 'mistake of fact'. Since the defacto complainant died, RCS notice was served upon the son of the defacto complainant.
4. Let a copy of the report be served upon the petitioner. The petitioner has to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved over the contentions of the final report. 2/4
5. With the above said directions, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
