ORDER:- These Petitions are coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 12/01/2022 and the requisition letter in D.No.655/2022, dated 06/06/2022 submitted by the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, seeking three months time to dispose the Suit, this Court made the following order:

The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, sent a letter dated 06.06.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.222 of 2008 [renumbered as O.S.No.96 of 2019], pursuant to the order of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 06.06.2022, a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of O.S.No.222 of 2008 [renumbered as O.S.No.96 of 2019].
