W.P(MD)No.24802 of 2019 2.The petitioner seeks cancellation of registered sale deed bearing document No.4649/2016 dated 02.11.2016. 3.It is seen from the records that there was a mediation held at second appeal stage between the parties, wherein the fourth respondent is a party. A decree came to be passed in terms of compromise in S.A.No.993 of 2003. By virtue of the said mediation agreement, the fourth respondent has sold the property. 4.If at all the petitioner has any legal right over the property, he has to redress his grievance by filing a civil litigation. Writ petition will not lie for the above relief and the same is dismissed accordingly as not maintainable. No costs.
