ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to carry the repair work in the house located in Door No.5, Karpaga Vinayagar Colony third street, K.Pudur, Madurai Town.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner is the son of the third respondent and that there existed dispute between the parties and that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
