Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRASANNA.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in para -7(a) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police station, daily at 10.30 am for the period of thirty days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation, in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 15572 of 2023, dated 28.08.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners is hereby fully relaxed. The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on receiving summons as directed by the trial Court.
