order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Sivakasi in I.A.No.648 of 2016 in MCOP No.86 of 2010, dated 11.01.2017.

2.Today(30.01.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main MCOP No.86 of 2010 has been disposed of by the trial Court on 20.06.2018 itself and therefore nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.
