Respondents in both CRPs COMMON Prayer: These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the Judgment and Decree passed in I.A.Nos.342 and 345 of 2016 in O.P.Nos.241 and 242 of 2016, dated 22.11.2016 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court at Tuticorin (Exercising the Special Jurisdiction under under Section 154 of the Electricity Act as a Special Court). 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Even though the petitioner has filed the said two Interlocutory Applications to restore the EB connection Nos. 81 and 163, now, he restricted to the prayer that this Court may direct the trial Court to dispose the matters within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. Since the said O.P.Nos.241 and 242 of 2016 pending from the year 2016, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tuticorin to dispose the O.P.Nos.241 and 242 of 2016 pending on its file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tuticorin is also directed to decide the jurisdiction issue.
5. Accordingly, both the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
