When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.10.2024, this Court has posed a question about the maintainability to the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that his senior will come and withdraw the case. Therefore, the matter was directed to be posted today (19.10.2024).

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, none appeared for the petitioner, which shows that the learned counsel for the petitioner is not interested in arguing this matter. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
