ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to direct the 1 to 3 respondents to take suitable action on the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2023 and to give suitable police protection to the petitioner's life and limb.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that one Sundaram gave a complaint against this petitioner making some allegations with regard to the deficiency of service in construction contract work. The above said complaint was enquired. During the course of enquiry, this petitioner was enquired and he gave a statement that he will complete the work within March 2024. Now he is continuing the above said construction work. But, he demanded some etcetera amount for the work at the time of handing over the construction building and promise was also made by the defacto complainant namely Sundaram that when the construction work is completed, they will consider the above said request. On the basis of the above said 2/4
understanding between the parties, it was closed.
3. So far this petition is concerned, there is no ground for providing Police protection, since it appears that it is the issue between the client and construction company. I find no reason to entertain this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly dismissed.
