Even though the order has been passed by this Court on 24.04.2023, in W.P.(MD).No.9488 of 2023, on the basis of the submission made by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the matter will be taken up for consideration in the next meeting, which stated to be held in the month of June, but it was not taken up in the above said meeting. 2.Let the above said order be complied by the second respondent and the papers be placed before the concerned committee in the meeting scheduled to be held in the month of December, 2023. If the order is not complied, the second respondent has to face the consequences. 3.With the above said directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
