ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Court, Periyakulam, Theni District, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.100 of 2019 within a stipulated period.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein is the plaintiff in O.S.No.100 of 2019, which is pending on the file of the Additional District Court, Periyakulam, Theni District. She filed the said suit for partition. In that suit, pleadings have been completed and issues have also been framed, however, trial has not yet commenced. He further submits that due to the pendency of the suit, the petitioner's rights would be affected. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Though notice was served on the respondents and their names 2/4

have also been printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondents.

Considering that the suit is of the year 2019 and also considering the fact that in that suit, pleadings have been completed and issues have also been framed, this Court directs the trial Court, namely, the Additional District Court, Periyakulam, Theni District, to conclude the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.100 of 2019, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
