This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 09.02.2017 made in I.A.No.954 of 2016 in O.S.No.29 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Devakottai.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent produced a copy of the judgment, dated 17.02.2022, passed by the District Munsif, Devakottai, in O.S.No.29 of 2014. 4.Since the main suit itself has been dismissed by the trial Court on 17.02.2022, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition and hence, the same stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
