PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners and 1st petitioners property in S.No.32/5(22 Ares), S.No.32/6(52.5 Ares and common well sharing) and S.No.33/8B (3.5 Ares) and 2nd petitioners properties in S.No.31/6A2 (30 Ares) and S.No.31/7B2(25 Ares)S.No.31/7C(2.5 Ares) and S.No.32/6 (6 cents and common well sharing) by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners and 1st petitioners property in S.No.32/5(22 Ares), S.No.32/6(52.5 Ares and common well sharing) and S.No.33/8B (3.5 Ares) and 2nd petitioners properties in S.No.31/6A2(30 Ares) and S.No.31/7B2(25 Ares)S.No.31/7C(2.5 Ares) and S.No.32/6(6 cents and common well sharing) by considering the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17269 of 2019 petitioner dated 29.10.2019.

The allegation is that the the properties situated in S.No.32/5(22 Ares), S.No.32/6(52.5 Ares and common well sharing) and S.No.33/8B (3.5 Ares) and 2nd petitioners properties in S.No.31/6A2 (30 Ares) and S.No.31/7B2(25 Ares)S.No.31/7C(2.5 Ares) and S.No.32/6(6 cents and common well sharing) are in possession and enjoyment of the petitioners and in this regard, they lodged a complaint and it is pending for enquiry.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the respondents 4 to 6 and pass orders on merits and inaccordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations and direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of,.
