ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed as against the order dated 16.09.2019, passed by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur in W.O.P.No.12 of 2009.

2.The petitioner has filed a petition before the Wakf Tribunal as against the appointment of a committee by the Wakf Board and the Wakf Tribunal dismissed the same, as against which, the petitioner filed a petition in W.O.P.No.12 of 2009 before the Principal Sub Judge, Thanjavur, who in turn dismissed the said petition. Aggrieved over the same, the present civil revision petition is filed. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has passed away and therefore, seeks time to take steps. 4.The learned Standing Counsel for the Wakf board submits that the petitioner challenges the appointment of the committee made by the Wakf Board in the year 2009. The period of the said committee is only for three years and it is already over. Thereafter, two subsequent committees have been appointed and their period is also over. Therefore this civil revision petition has become infructuous.

5.Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the Wakf Board, this civil revision petition stands dismissed. No costs.
